Hi, How can I create users using Remote Manager?. Is n't that creation of users is through editing config file???. The Remote Manager is the option of JAMES or it is DNS option.

The biggest clue as to what you are doing wrong is going to be in the log files for James. Another tip, any time you have a host not found issue, you may have a problem with your DNS configuration.
