you may want to look into upgrading to version 2.1.2 unless you absolutely need to run 2.0a2
after setting debug on for your logs, look in the SMTServer log and search after the affending "[some [EMAIL PROTECTED]" to get the mail id number and then look in the Spoolmanager log for that id to see information regarding that mail. i suspect that james is throwing an exception becasue of a timeout issue with the target server - thus the intermitten failures. > OS - Win2K > James - 2.0a2 > > Every so often sending emails through james to the host > listed below fails.
