Neither I have.

It just happened recently; my suspicion is on the texts "generated" by
Internet Explorer when you select a page, and then copy & paste
from it. The following is an example:
------=_NextPart_001_0021_01C33669.8506FEC0
Content-Type: text/html;
        charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Message</TITLE>
<META content=3D"text/html; charset=3Diso-8859-1" =
http-equiv=3DContent-Type>
<META content=3D"MSHTML 5.00.2614.3500" name=3DGENERATOR>
<STYLE>P.MsoNormal {
        FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; MARGIN: 0in
0in 0pt
}
LI.MsoNormal {
        FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; MARGIN: 0in
0in 0pt
}
DIV.MsoNormal {
        FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman"; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; MARGIN: 0in
0in 0pt
}

The "3D" characters are not supposed to be there, and it might cause
the MIME parser to be choked.
