I hope. Avalon, as framework, provides Configurations to all of its
Blocks including JAMES so we MUST define a single protocol for
configurations. You will ask Avalon to see all configurations or just
some of them, browse confs like in a tree, read help on each single
feature, change what necessary and commit changes.
To manage all this stuff we sure need some GUI tool.
I think it's a bit soon to worry about it but if you have some good idea
your're welcome.

Distribution is quite ready. I'm trying to make it as simple as possible
including all necessary lib, installation instruction and maybe some
really low installation tool.
Wait for the very first days of next week.

James right now support POP3. IMAP is still to come (again any good code
is welcome).
