Your log message shows that JAMES-1.1b1.zip, .tar, and .tar.gz files
were built.  You can also then run JAMES right out of the dist directory
(since that's what is used to create the zip, tar, and tar.gz files). 
What is causing you to believe a complete distribution was not created? 
The only thing I would suggest is to run "ant clean" first, but I'm not
sure if you had already done this from the log file.
