We really could use more debug information if you'd like some help.  I'm
thinking the problem is some inconsistency with the Linux JVM because
others have talked about JAMES suddenly stopping on linux.  Meanwhile,
JAMES has been running for weeks on my w2k box without a problem (and I
don't ascribe the robustness to the OS...).

Please look through any log files to see stack traces, core memory
dumps, anything that might help us help you.
