Well, if there's no tests to show that the DNS code isn't working, I have to again 
state that I don't think there's anything wrong with it.  I was kind of confused to 
hear that hotmail.com and other domains might have problems... our outgoing JAMES mail 
server has delivered to hotmail.com and other large ISPs with complex message 
routing/DNS configurations.

I feel pretty confident that the DNS code is stable, and in fact, even while I believe 
the JNDI implementation of DNS is preferable long term as it is using a standard, 
JavaSoft's implementation has been available for a lot less time (the DNS library 
we're using is about 1.5 years old), and the DNS library we're using has been used in 
other Java written mail servers for this same purpose, as well as Java written DNS 
servers.
