multiple domains

I just installed JAMES and so far it's working great.  

There is one thing I can't figure out thought.  Is there anyway to configure
JAMES so that email sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] would go to a different inbox
then email sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED]?
