What is the purpose of GenericListserv, PicoListserv and PicoListManager?
Shouldn't them be merged into a single mailing list mailet or do we want to
define a generic interface all mailing list mailet should implement? I think
it's of no interest to have a ListMailet interface because it's a common
Mailet with some specific configurations over which we have no power.
