Thanks Pete... tried to re-add run.sh to CVS before I read your message (a
fruitless exercise anyway). Took your directives out of avalon's build.xml
and added them to JAMES. The distribution now contains a run.sh with the
unix linefeed (and theoretically correct chmods, but I believe I'm going to
have to create the distribution on unix to see that.)
