I suggest we stick with what we have for 1.2 (case-sensitive) and think
about adding a switch in the conf.xml per Simon Klaiber's suggestion in
the next release (which shouldn't be that far away).

I still haven't worked out how we do the practicalities:
1) update website docs
2) transfer new distributions to java.apache.org/james/dist/
... does anyone know?
