I'm up for making a point release. So shall we try to include the
serialization fix (if we can figure one out), and finishing up the
optimization stuff? This point release would include the optimization stuff
that hopefully catches the "stuck" file problem. If people who have
observed this behavior could build James from CVS and test whether the patch
is definitely fixing their problem, that would be great. The other change I
think this would include are the changes to MailAddress, specifically the
proper hashCode method and the case-insensitivity. Oh, I have to test and
commit, but we've also got Ivan's town user repository, so that's a nice
reason to commit.
Anything else? Maybe someone could add some documentation (I've got little
time right now).
