I'm not sure how these are really needed... InternetPrintWriter was the
patch that allowed the SMTP and POP3 communication to use the consistent
\r\n linefeeds across *nix environments. My James prod server is on linux
and my James dev servers are on win2k, and everything works just fine (with
respect to line feeds that I've seen). Where would we use these new classes?
