Yet another one...

hi

what happen if  there's the same user say named
James List (duh ;) )  [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and by sheer stupidity there's a group named
[EMAIL PROTECTED]?  which matcher overrides another?
is there any error check to make sure no duplicate name
between user and list?
