Not just yet. A near term goal is to facilitate a graceful shutdown.
That's not easy, but once that's in place, the reloading of configuration is
a lot more possible. The main tree in CVS has recently been upgraded to the
latest Avalon (core infrastructure for a server app) and that will hopefully
facilitate the graceful shutdown as well.
