This is a known problem with 1.1 and earlier. I believe this was fixed in
1.2, but certainly in release 1.2.1 which is the current release. Can you
check what version of JAMES you are using?

Subject: Problem with outgoing file
Hi all,
I've a problem with my James server. When I send an email, it stores two
files in the outgoing folder and after several seconds, one of them is
treated and deleted from this folder. The second one stay and I have to
delete it to send other emails.
I've tried a lot of configuration but the problem persist.
Can someone help me. I don't know what to do to fix this problem.
Thanks in advance.
