All the jars are in the lib directory, AFAIK.
What seems to have happened is that the dists don't have the build
files.
The easiest way to cure this is to checkout the cvs repository as of the
1.2.1 release, then run 'build.bat dist'
'cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/products/cvs/master
login'
password for anonymous access is 'jservpub'
then go:
'cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/products/cvs/master
checkout -r JAMES-1_2_1 james'
