The website has been moved over as well and I'm in the process of updating
the main Jakarta site, however, I need to wait on brian for some stuff cause
the permissions on all the files in the james directory are not all
appropriate yet...:-( If you have an account on locus, make sure you set
your umask to 002 (bburns). thanks!
