Wondering if anyone knows a good place to order comics or books in
japanese... Animaxis didn't work with my card for some reason. Jlist
is rather slow at anything they don't normally carry (still awaiting
status of special orders). Can go to San Francisco... but a whole day
devoted to picking up a few naruto comics seems overkill *grin* Any
other sites others might know that are good.... not sure if
Amazon.co.JP ships to america... and reading comprehension is still
low that would be quite an adventure...
Also, on a more on topic note, I had a quick grammar question. I've
seen '-tte' added to words occasionally in a kids book I'm reading.
I'm guessing it's an informal -tachi, especially in it's context at
one point. But haven't seen a way to look up that, so wanted to make
sure I'm getting that right.
One last question. What dictionary and study books do people
recommend. I have a few basic dictionaries and two school books from
my classes a few years ago(let's learn japanese New College Text
volume 1 and 2) and a few other mixed beginner books. Wondering what
might be suggested for intermediate students, as I don't think I can
get into any other classes for a long time.
Sorry to spam so much on a first post, but figured I'll just ask them
all at once.
