I keep a [EMAIL PROTECTED] mail account for just that reason. I often get e-mail in Kanji from Japanese friends on my [name] @yahoo.com account. Sometimes it comes through ok, other times - I can not read it. So, I just forward it to myself at my [name] @yahoo.co.jp address, then go to the other mail account and it comes through OK.
