Hi! I heard Tattoo's often are associated with Yakuza and criminals in Japan, and you may even get thrown out of some public baths/hot springs if you have one.
So if you ever are going to Japan, it might be a good idea to either not have one or at least have it well hidden. Maybe they go easy on foreigners, I don't know, but I heard it's still not widely accepted, at least not by most elders.
