'Wasurenakute' is the -te form of wasurenai. It's used just the same way as
the -te form of a positive verb would be. It's also used in constructs like
"wasurenakute ha ikenai"etc.
'Wasurenai de' and 'wasurezu ni' are pretty much the same. 'Wasurezu ni' is
a bit of classical Japanese that is still used often today. It has a
somewhat more literary feel than 'wasurenai de', although I've heard it used
fairly often in spoken Japanese (in dramas).
There is one respect in which they are not interchangeable, and that is
requests. Although you can say "Watashi wo wasurenai de kudasai", you
*cannot* say "watashi wo wasurezu ni". The "ni" is also technically
optional (i.e. 'wasurezu' by itself functions the same as 'wasurezu ni'),
but my Japanese professor says it sounds very weird when used that way.
