I'd like to propose the following translations of the three sentences
you asked for.
Can you tell me how to prepare this dish?
-> Kono ryouri no tsukurikata wo oshiete kuremasen ka?
Can you tell me how to reach the Tokyo station?
-> Toukyou-eki e no ikikata wo oshiete kuremasen ka?
Even if i teach this to you, I know you will not learn it.
-> Tatoe watashi wa oshieru to shite mo, anata ga shuutoku shinai to omoimasu.
"Even if" in Japanese is usually expressed by construction "~te mo".
In case of the above sentence, I decided to use another construction
"~to shite mo", which means "even supposing that // even if we
suppose/assume that", since in my opinion it fits better into the
context.
Should there be any mistakes, can a Japanese native speaker correct them? ^^
