Hello, all ! I'm truly sorry, but I've been quite ill for nearly a week. Well, certainly not serious, but headaches that prevent me staying more than 10 minutes in front of a screen : To bad when working in I.T. :-P ! So I won't be able to be very active next days. Anyway, Santosh, your issue has it's answer in the logfiles : Put JASmine-Backend's $Debug_Mode to 1, launch a couple of print jobs and look at the logs (/var/log/syslog, mayby CUPS' logs...) : Peharps nothing is recorded to the database, or only zeroes, or there is a count failure... Well, many causes are possible, so send us the logs ;-) -- Put JASmine in your Cups !
