Ok, let's start with this : Do you have at least ONE JASmine setup working 
fine ? I mean : One cups server with JASmine-Backend, one web server with 
JASmine-Web, and a MySQL server loaded with JASmine-MySQL ?

More important, are these services running one the same machine ?
