The ApacheJServ.jar archive in <Apache JSERV HOME>/ is
empty (0 bytes) when u first install the JServ engine. Compile
the sources, create an archive and place it in the path in either
the jserv.properties or <zone.properties> file.
I do not know the reason why the JAR is not zipped up in the
installation (but there is a note on the java.apache.org site stating
the need to re-compile).
