Sorry...I got that a bit mixed up...you surely need that line...I read the 
wrapper.class as wrapper.classpath...

It seems to be more some sort of access problem...and as far as I know the java 
classpath doesn't matter here...although I have entered the jar file there too...

Did you enter the address like you stated above ?? How is your Location set ?? Like 
<Location /jserv/> ??

I think then you should use http://localhost:80/jserv/ to get the info page...

I don't know if this should be a problem...but at the moment I can't recall when I got 
this error...maybe I should check my logs tomorrow...
