I am running Apache 1.3.3 and JServ on a Windows98 machine. Once Apache has
been started, even after I shut it down, I cannot delete, rename, or move
the Jar containing the class files for a client applet I am testing. The
system seems to think that the file is in use. After rebooting the system,
I get access back. Anybody have this problem?
