VM Keeps on dying

hi all

I am in need of some help

I have just install JServ 1.0b1

with apache 1.3.3 webserver

I seem to be keep on getting in the jserv.log

that the VM has died too many times...

I am at a lost and I can't get the JServ up and going

help me pls
