You may be meaning that browsers attempt to represent it as text in the
window. There are two workarounds for this:

a) click the link with the right mouse button, and select "Save link
As..." menu option. Then you can save it directly.

b) Download it from my site
http://java.todo.com/ApacheModuleJServ.dll.gz where I gzipped it
deliberately to avoid people this problem (and to reduce transfer time
BTW). This is also the reason why I still haven't deleted it from there.

The best solution, of course, would be to have a full installation of
the thing, and there is some movement to produce it.
