Look at your ApacheJServ.jar file.
If it makes 0 bytes, you should download the
Apache-JServ-1.0b3.jar file from the java Apache Project web site and rename it
to ApacheJserv.jar (not to Apache-Jserv.jar) and it should work
(I have done this and it works for me!!!)
