rodrigo,
we've successfully used jws 1.1.3 on a ss4 with 64mb ram running
solaris 2.6, using sun jre 1.1.6 packaged with the jws to serve to
as many as 400,000 requests in one month -- bulk of the hits being
between 10am and 3pm, all served from a servlet. i haven't run a
test to see what sort of load the server can handle, but these
requests weren't putting an unreasonable load on the machine, nor
affecting performance, as far as responsiveness of the server.
