I remember seeing a posting from someone who was having problems with a
malformed request. After turning up as much debugging as I can I'm now
getting the following in my jserv.log file:

[04/22/1999 11:05:14:532 CDT] Connection from localhost/127.0.0.1
[04/22/1999 11:05:14:568 CDT] Initializing servlet request
[04/22/1999 11:05:14:568 CDT] Reading request data
[04/22/1999 11:05:46:139 CDT] Malformed request data: Malformed request:
java.io.IOException: Malformed Request: reading line length
[04/22/1999 11:05:46:145 CDT] Sending response headers.
[04/22/1999 11:05:46:147 CDT] Status: 400 Bad Request
[04/22/1999 11:05:46:147 CDT] Servlet-Error: Malformed data send to
JServ

Notice that I've set Apache's time-out to 30 seconds (was 300).

Platform: Solaris 2.5.1 sparc, latest patches (I think)
JDK 1.1.6 native_threads
JSDK 2.0
Apache 1.3.6
JServ 1.0b3

Since I can't seem to find the other "malformed" posting in the
archives, could someone who might still have it forward it to me
([EMAIL PROTECTED])? Does anyone want to see my config/prop files?
