Ummm, what's the title of this post again?....
Yes, he was (eventually) going to Linux, but the problem was on NT.

I don't recall saying he had 15 years of Java experience.... see 'Pay attention'.

I did not ask you for the private email replies, you volunteered them - in fact,
you started them. And in spite of my tone, I do appreciate it.

What I don't appreciate is being patronized. I think I've highlighted an important
problem with inadequate documentation of certain key elements of JServ. Try to
reverse the situation. How would you feel being shat upon for pointing out
problems?

Maybe I'm not the most meticulous person when it comes to reading property files,
but given your initial replies to my problem which a re-read of my bug submission
would have clarified (and even this email), I don't believe I'm the only one.

I would be happy to help out with the project. I think JServ is an excellent
product & I would like to volunteer in any capacity that would be helpful. Upon
completion of this email I will update the FAQ-O-Matic with my thots on this
issue. However an even better approach would be to update the JServ properties
file with a more thorough explanation of wrapper.env.copy & wrapper.env.copyall.

I and everyone on this list appreciate the work that you do on JServ. If we
didn't, we wouldn't be subscribing. I hope you take this into account before
taking shots at others who discover problems & areas of improvement.

                            Burt.
