Same problem happens when I specify just the location of the JSDK.
However, the help for the config asserts:
--with-jsdk=DIR/JAR tells configure where to find the JSDK
So it apparently wants either the directory of the SKD *OR* the absolute
location of the JAR file.
The ../ part is just because I happen to have the JSDK one directory up.
Configure doesn't complain about it..
