We didn't found any credit card libraries written in Java, so we're in the midst of writing a Java class to call the cybercash c library via JNI. If this is of interest to you, I can check with our legals and see if this would be okay to open source (e.g. does our cybercash license permit this). This discussion would be more appropriate to Sun's servlet interest mailing list, but as I'm not on that I'd appreciate it if you'd send any replies my way.
