My jserv configure options were:

./configure \
        --with-apache-src=/usr/src/www/apache_1.3.6 
        --prefix=/usr/local/www/jserv 
        --with-jdk-home=/usr/local/jdk117_v3/bin
        --with-jsdk=/usr/local/www/JSDK2.0/lib/jsdk.jar

My apache configure options were:

./configure \ 
        --enable-module=auth_db 
        --enable-module=usertrack 
        --prefix=/usr/local/www/apache 
        --activate-module=src/modules/php3/libphp3.a
        --activate-module=src/modules/jserv/libjserv.a
