You need to expilicitly reference the jar file in your 'repositories'
directive, like:

repository=/path/to/WebMacro.jar

Alternatively, if you unzip the jar file and insert the base directory
of the resulting directory structure in the directory you have allocated
for servlets, then it will work with the zone file you describe.
