Please take a look at all the documentation to make sure that you have
things configured correctly. Obviously you don't. Not only that, but you
didn't provide any details about what is placed into the error logs or the
configuration that you used. In other words, all you have told me is that
things are broken. Kinda a waste of everyones time eh? ;-)
There is lots of resources in the FAQ as well as on the website. Please take
the time to read them.
