If there is an answer to this question in the Docs somewhere please
point me to it, rather than expending bandwidth.

I'm creating a apache log rotation application for a commercial
site. I'm using the `graceful' option of apachectl to restart httpd.

The basic logic of the script is as follows --

move the logs to an archive directory
apachectl graceful
wait until old logs are closed by all processes
process old logs

I have two questions about this.

1) Will this effect the servlet session keys of current sessions?

2) Will the jserv honour the apachectl command or do I need to rotate
the servlet server log by copying it and copying in /dev/null?
