You will need to dowload the crypt libraries from ftp.linuxland.de
The libraries there are in rpm format and they install just fine. After
that, you should be up and running in no time...

I am trying to get my Java Servlet development environment working on a new
Caldera 2.2 system. A few months ago I was able to get it working on Red
Hat 5.0, but now I would like the same environment on my Caldera system.
My Caldera system comes with the glibc-2.1.1 libraries, but I need the the
"crypt" and "linuxthreads" packages as well for my servlet environment. I
can't find the binary packages for glibc-crypt-2.1.1-* or
glibc-linuxthreads-2.1.1-*. I have downloaded the source files, but I am
still having problems getting them to compile.
I would really like to just have the binary packages so I can get my Java
Servlets up and running. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
