not really related to your problem, but you should try to compile a recent
kaffe from the CVS on your cube. I had problems with 1.0b4 since it had
some Bugs in BufferedReader which rendered the ApacheJSSI servlet
unuseable; I had to fix it first in kaffe .. this change has been accepted
by the kaffe maintainers and is in the CVS.
After everything worked on my cube, I didn't have excessive tests, since
the needed memory of the JVM (>= 32 MB) were much more I had (16MB) so the
'blue-box' got awfully slow, swapping constantly ..
Since 1.0b4 is from April there might be many changes; your problem might
be just a Classloader problem .. (do you have libz installed ? kaffe uses
the native implementation of libz for zipped content .. which jar files
might be - just a thought)
