Hi,
I had similar problems with Sybase and I want to warn you using the
JDBC-ODBC-Bridge you will run into multi-threading problems - so there is
only one solution to using this kind of driver: Don't!
I know, it is not the easiest thing to install JConnect from Sybase but you
should definitly do so. I even gave up using it after realising that
JConnect togehter with SQLAnywhere 5.5.004 dosen't support the full range of
features I need (COUNT doesn't work for example). With SQLAnywhere 6.0 this
should be no problem.
