the fact is that JDK 1.2 support on linux through the blackdown port is not
at all 100% stable.
you are getting crash dumps from your JVM. this should *never* happen in a
correctly written JVM and has nothing to do with apache jserv which is just
100% pure java code.
go back to 1.1.x and wait for a new version of 1.2beta...
