I did not notice the bug with 1.1b3 but I have only just changed
from autoloading jserv from apache to manual mode as well as
upgrading to 1.1 release.
It took me a couple of days to figure out what was happening as
one jvm worked while several did not. It was only after i noticed a
typo in the laucher script that i cottoned on to the problem.
