i guess the only problem is the 's' in your URL

it is supposed to be http://127.0.0.1/servlet/IsItWorking

not http://127.0.0.1/servlets/IsItWorking

directory that you put your servlets in is 'servlet' not 'servlets' unless 
it was explicitly specified so..
