Don't make us guess your problem!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks Fernando, difficult to tell. I'm using a binary release that is supposed to have DSO support, but I guess it could be wrong on that matter. However I've done it with binary releases from SGI http://toolbox.sgi.com/TasteOfDT/public/freeware/2000Feb/index-by-alpha.html and apache http://www.apache.org/dist/binaries/irix/ so suspect it's not the problem. I guess I can check whether these binaries do actually have DSO support. If I could build apache on irix that might solve the problem. But that's another matter alltogether! Don't make us guess your problem!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------- One way to get the error you are seeing is to: do a build of Apache WITHOUT DSO, then build with DSO without doing a make clean in between, and then try to configure JServ. - Fernando At 03:45 PM 3/1/00 +0000, you wrote: >---------------------------------------------------------------- >BEFORE YOU POST, search the faq at <http://java.apache.org/faq/> >WHEN YOU POST, include all relevant version numbers, log files, >and configuration files.
