I use OptimizeIt and JServ. I don't make any changes to jserv
configuration at all: I simply start the JServ process from
OptimizeIt, instead of starting it from my shell script. (I use the
same technique for debugging with JBuilder).
This assumes that you have ApJServManual=on in the mod_jserv
config, which I do anyway for many reasons unrelated to debugging.

Has anyone had success getting OptimizeIt to attach to JServ? What do
you have in your jserv.properties etc. to get this to work?
