Hello all,
I have seen a lot of discussion about using
ps -aux and netstat -a commands to determine
how many native threads are running and how many TCP connections
are made on port 8007.
My problem is i don't understand such things as TIME_WAIT and a lot
of other shortnames.
I am planning on developing a Web based monitoring tool that
will do ps -aux (and any other command) extract the info and display it
in an understandable way in a nice browser window.
Is such tool allready made?
If not who would agree to colaborate with me?
Maybe this monitoring tool (when will be ready) can be added (as open souce)
to Jserv ?!
Wainting for your opinions,
Andras.
