Check jserv.properties and make sure that the path to your servlets is NOT
in your classpath (wrapper.classpath=)
Check your zone properties file (if you are just using the default zone, the
file should be zone.properties.) and make sure that the path to your
servlets is in a repositories= line.
Also check the zone properties file to make sure that
autoreload.classes=true

What property to I set to refresh the servlets. I make some changes and I
need to restart the whole Apache Web server just to see my changes.
